A fearless badger

The horizon brakes open

Breathless

I let my eyes adjust 

To a focal distance 

I have never before encountered

As close to infinity

As I dare think possible

Inside me

All my dreams erupt at once

And through

The liquid

Pink 

Atmosphere

The speed of light

Changes

The shape of my heart

On the way home 

Down the mountain

A fearless badger 

Guides our vehicle
